Kevin and James highly skilled technicians. They were friendly and kind understanding our problems. And we had big problems with my sewer line. I am in the service industry also and know what they were up against. they were hard workers and really quick to resolve our problem. thanks to them and total plumbing drain solutions. Total Plumbing (and specifically, Kevin) was highly recommended by a neighbor and I’m really glad I gave them a try. After getting an estimate from Tommy for a replacement residential waste pump, the pump was ordered and scheduled to to be installed by Kevin a week later. Kevin was at my door at 8:00 a.m. as promised and completed the job in an hour. Since he is salaried and does not work on commission, he’ll never try to sell you on work that doesn’t have to be done. I believe the price for my job was fair and I know the work was done by a skilled and experienced professional. I have total confidence in Total Plumbing.

Just finished a total replumb on a 50 year old house. They were exceptional! On time on budget totally professional. Their employees Kevin and Andy were technically knowledgeable easy to work with and provided superior quality service.

Total Plumbing is great! They handled two of my claims with Choice Home Warranty (water heater replacement and drain line service). Although my experience with the warranty company was terrible, Total Plumbing and their team was great…so much so that I’m hiring them personally for another electric/plumbing job. Would definitely recommend.

James was our technician for today's service. He was GREAT! Fantastic customer service skills, patient and easy to converse with, no attitude or condensation expressed, he listened to our concerns and the work was efficient, my new gooseneck faucet is working flawlessly! We're very pleased with his work! We will definitely use this business again!

Quality work. Professional and friendly. Tommie came out the next morning after our call and told us to order directly from Kohler as there is a lifetime warranty on the faucet. Kevin came the next day after the parts came in and installed them. Impressed by how quickly they responded.

Had Kevin and Jake come out quickly to help us while our hot water was out. They quickly assessed the problem and got our information in to insurance to get the process started to get our hot water heater replaced. We're currently waiting on the water heater to be installed later this week, but they were on the ball about getting everything going quickly. Thanks!
